4. The past has passed

It is important to think about our past and to acknowledge both the things we got right and the times when we did wrong. There’s no need to judge, only to remember.

“The past is to be learned from, not lived in.”

5. Secrets keep you sick

Write down all of your regrets from the past, especially those you have kept secret.

Share the list with at least one person, then learn from your mistakes and move on.

6. Love yourself

Start focusing on the good you’re doing today and stop dwelling on the mistakes of the past.

That’s the only way you can begin loving yourself.
